Remember the fondue pot I have? My mom found something that goes with it. The thing she found was something called Raclette. It is basically a heated up piece of granite that you can put meat and veggies on. Under that you put these trays in which you can put cheese, and other things (like A1 sauce, salt, pepper, hot sauce or any other sauce you think would go good with Raclette). After a few minutes the cheese sauce will melt and you can put the sauce it turns into on your food. It is really fun to do. Especially after a fondue appetizer.
